You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
Responsible for the conception and industrialization of production equipment for the manufacture of Li-Ion battery packs (high-voltage storage) and modules for the automation, PLC & Traceability discipline
Creation of project-specific functional specifications for production equipment (focus on PLC and Traceability)
Conducting system discussions with the equipment supplier, as well as preparation, execution, and documentation of preliminary and final acceptance for the scope of automation and process data acquisition including Traceability, as well as following up on all open points
Responsible for the implementation of a standardized PLC, process, and machine data acquisition structure including Traceability, which represents the process flow step by step and is flexibly expandable and adaptable, as well as considering the rework process and NOK handling
Conducting Lessons Learned for the topics of process and machine data acquisition structure (focus on PLC and Traceability)
What you bring to us:
Completed engineering degree (e.g., information technology, automation technology, or similar)
Initial professional experience in project business in the field of automation technology for highly automated production lines is desirable; experience in the production of Li-Ion battery packs and modules is an advantage
Programming knowledge in Siemens TIA-Portal (HMI and PLC) and further programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C#, C++ etc.) is desirable
Team player, solution-oriented hands-on mentality with entrepreneurial thinking, self-organization, as well as high communication skills and presentation talent
Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally
