Concierge

We are looking for a person with a vocation for service, excellent presentation, and skills to provide personalized attention, guaranteeing memorable experiences for our guests throughout their stay.

Main functions

• Provide personalized attention to national and international guests.
• Manage special requests and follow up until their resolution.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, activities, and other services required by guests.
• Provide information about hotel services, tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and points of interest.
• Attend to and follow up with VIP guests and frequent customers.
• Coordinate with Reception, Bell Boys, Housekeeping, Security, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Resolve inquiries and timely channel requests or incidents presented during the stay.
• Maintain records of special requests and follow-up on services provided.

Requirements

• Studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Administration, or related careers.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Concierge, Reception, or Customer Service within the hotel sector.
• Proficiency in English (indispensable).
• Desirable management of a third language.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Desirable experience in hotel systems (PMS).
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
