Casino Cashier - Fixed-term Contract

We are an important company in the hotel and entertainment sector in Ciudad de Panamá, we are looking for:

CASINO CASHIER:

We are looking for dynamic, responsible people with excellent customer service to join our operations team.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in cash handling, cashiering, or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of points of sale (POS).
• Chip payment
• Handling high amounts of cash
• Experience in type A casinos
• Basic English.
• Availability to work rotating schedules, including night shifts and holidays.
• Good personal presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.

Main functions:

• Cash handling and daily transactions.
• Customer service and guidance.
• Cash management and balancing.
• Use of points of sale and internal systems.
• Verification and control of chips or assigned movements.
• Compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Punctual and organized.
• Service attitude and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn.
