A diverse range of tasks

As a team member of our Corporate Energy group, you will advise on complex national and international M&A transactions, especially in the areas of Onshore and Offshore Wind, Solar, Geothermal, Clean-Tech, Hydrogen, Battery Storage, E-Mobility, as well as transport and grid infrastructure, which includes the drafting of project contracts for energy plants as well as Public-Private Partnership projects. Our clients include renowned banks, infrastructure and Private Equity funds, project developers, infrastructure operators, energy suppliers, as well as public institutions.

Your profile

  • You have completed your legal education with above-average success.
  • Your areas of interest lie in the field of corporate law, contract law and/or energy or infrastructure law.
  • You enjoy working on demanding topics, want to actively participate in the implementation of projects, and value collaboration with colleagues from various disciplines with an international background.
  • You convince through a careful and independent way of working and have an understanding of economic contexts.
  • You are communicative, flexible, enjoy working in a team, and possess a commitment to performance as well as a confident appearance.
