Reservations and Operations Officer (Night Shift 21:00-6:00)

-Receive and manage tour bookings from agents and direct customers -Coordinate with agent suppliers to confirm bookings quickly and track booking statuses thoroughly -Resolve problems that may arise during tour services -Answer questions and provide assistance when customers require it -Assign tasks to supplier teams, such as transfers and guides -Coordinate accounting matters related to tours -Provide sufficient tour guides in advance of travel dates -Monitor customer reviews to ensure they align with the quality criteria set by the company -Perform other related duties or as assigned by supervisors and executives

Qualifications: Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing Ability to multitask Detail-oriented, careful, and precise in work Ability to work under pressure Ability to work in a team and have a good attitude towards colleagues Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
