Medical Promotion and High Cost Access Representative Oncology and/or Neurology

WaMa Pharma is looking for a Metabolic Advisor (MA) responsible for the growth of the assigned region in Colombia. This strategic position will be located in cities such as Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, or Barranquilla, and will cover various zones of the country according to the company's needs. The MA will have a commercial profile, with the responsibility of covering their base city and travel zone, working closely with KOLs and attending to decision-makers from different stakeholder groups in NoPBS health technologies. Additionally, they will be key in the relationship with insurers and scientific associations, and in supporting patients undergoing treatment with products for rare diseases, central nervous system tumors, and refractory epilepsy.

What you will do in your day-to-day

• Medical promotion of products for pathologies of interest in specialties such as neuropediatrics, oncology, neurology, clinical genetics.
• Commercial coverage of their base city and travel zone, strengthening links with KOLs and decision-makers of NoPBS health technologies.
• Relationship with insurers and official entities, guaranteeing effective and sustainable commercial processes.
• Placement of patients in commercial treatment, ensuring adherence and follow-up.
• Support to scientific and patient associations, strengthening the clinical and social impact of the company.
• Execution of the marketing plan and fulfillment of the quarterly sales budget.
• Training and medical education through special programs and projects.
• Management of databases of EPS, clients, and doctors, keeping them updated and complete.

What we are looking for in you

• Professional training in health areas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical promotion of pharmaceutical products, especially in oncology, neurology, or neuropediatrics.
• Solid relationships with KOLs in the specialties of interest to WaMa Pharma.
• Knowledge of the institutional market in neurological, rare, and/or oncological diseases.
• Residence in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, or Barranquilla.
• English proficiency at reading and comprehension level, and mastery of Office tools (preferably).
