What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for international clients, actively participating in technological consulting projects ranging from functional configuration to process automation, data migration, and support during implementations.

You will work together with consultants, developers, and global clients to ensure successful implementations, applying Salesforce best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of solutions.

Main responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce according to client requirements.
• Implement automations using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and other platform tools.
• Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
• Design and configure reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Plan and execute data migration and management processes.
• Perform functional and technical testing before production deployment.
• Document configurations, developments, and processes to ensure operational continuity.
• Resolve functional and technical incidents related to the platform.
• Train end users on the use of implemented solutions.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with international teams.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce functionalities and best practices.

We are looking for professionals who have:

• Experience in Salesforce CRM implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
• Experience working with Flows, Apex, and automations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture.
• Experience in data migration and management (import, export, and deduplication).
• Proficiency in reports and dashboards.
• Ability to document technical and functional solutions.
• Skills to relate to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum or similar).

Requirements

• Advanced English (oral and written). Mandatory.
• Practical experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, or consulting.
• Solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience (desirable).
• Availability to work in a hybrid modality in Viña del Mar.
