Legal Counsel (m/f/d) (Compliance Manager)

Tasks that shape our future:

• Regulatory & Digital Compliance Management: Steering and continuous development of digital compliance within the corporate group
• Regulatory Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring of legal developments at EU and national levels (e.g., Cyber Resilience, Data Act, AI Act) as well as analysis and evaluation of regulatory requirements
• Compliance Implementation: Derivation, implementation, and documentation of legally secure and practical measures to ensure conformity
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Close cooperation with relevant interface functions (including data protection, information security, product safety, Corporate AI, and product management)
• Legal & Contractual Advisory: Advising all business units of WAGO GmbH & Co. KG and its subsidiaries in national and cross-border legal and contractual matters
• International Project Business: Participation in complex projects of an internationally positioned and globally active corporate group

Competencies that create perspective:

• Completed degree in law
• Several years of professional experience in comparable companies or a supra-regional law firm
• Business understanding and technical interest
• Independent and structured way of working
• Contractual and negotiation-level English skills in speaking and writing
