Tasks that shape our future:

• Result Transparency: Regular analysis and transparent preparation of the WAGO Group's contribution margin development at different aggregation levels and for different target groups, and validation of manufacturing cost calculations
• Margin Optimization: Analysis of changes in product margins as well as over- and under-coverages in the allocated manufacturing costs, identification of profit potential, as well as derivation, coordination, and monitoring of suitable measures for their realization
• Business Analytics: Creation of ad-hoc profitability analyses and preparation of the results in meaningful performance presentations
• BI Further Development: Active design and continuous further development of standardized reports and dashboards with a focus on Margin Analytics in SAP BI (Key-User activity)

Competencies that create perspective:

• Completed studies or comparable qualification with a focus on Controlling/Accounting
• Several years of experience in the field of cost accounting/Controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Very good knowledge of SAP CO or other common Controlling tools
• Entrepreneurial, analytical mindset as well as initiative and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and very good English skills
