1. Control fiscal numbering.
2. Review daily cash counts.
3. Review bank deposits.
4. Review POS deposits.
5. Review accounts payable.
6. Review accounts receivable.
7. Review corporate emails.
8. Review administrative calendar.
9. Organize and safeguard printed invoices.
10. Monitor social media daily.
11. Keep a daily sales record.
12. Update supply prices.
13. Void invoices and perform cash inflows and outflows.
14. Populate and organize the physical and digital filing system.
15. Control and record petty cash movements.
16. Prepare internal communications addressed to staff.
17. Attend to specific requests from the Community Manager.
18. Follow up on customer complaints or comments.
19. Review franchise invoices.
20. Review Pedidos Ya deposits.
21. Review physical marketing materials in stores (screens, self-service, menus, signage).
22. Support the coordination of recordings and photo shoots.
23. Prepare and sign payroll.
24. Send sales and invoices to accounting.
25. Attend biweekly meetings with the Marketing Direction.
26. Verify marketing materials inventory biweekly.
27. Manage royalty collection.
28. Pay rents and public services.
29. Perform registrations and cancellations in IHSS.
30. Send ISV withholdings.
31. Manage the sales-related process with Grupo Roble.
32. Administer the allocation of assets.
33. Support the organization of raffles, promotions, or dynamics.
34. Coordination with franchises for the shipment of materials.
35. Attend to and follow up on marketing requests from franchisees.
