For our location in München, we are looking for an immediate start for a
Film Management Main Office (m/f/d)
The position is for 40 hours/week and is permanent.
Your Tasks You will work closely within the Film Management team in project accounting and will independently manage your assigned productions. You are responsible for ongoing bookings in the area of material and personnel accounts, including bank bookings and transfers. You support the preparation and execution of monthly and annual financial statements in coordination with the main office. You book according to funding guidelines and prepare the accounting of subsidies as well as the associated documentation. You work closely with production managers and line producers as well as the financial accounting department. You take on a central interface function between production, accounting, and controlling. You perform payroll and fee accounting. You support the Film Management assistants in the main office with open questions.
Your Profile You have completed commercial training (e.g., tax assistant, industrial clerk) or a degree in business administration. You already bring several years of professional experience in the field of film management or in commercial functions within film and moving image productions. You have sound knowledge of financial and/or payroll accounting and process the relevant processes reliably and on time. You bring confident practical knowledge in the programs SESAM and/or CANDIS. You have good knowledge of tax and social security law. You are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a team, and have a friendly, service-oriented demeanor. You work with a high degree of discretion and a sense of responsibility. You are flexible and resilient, even when project requirements change or time pressure arises. You have good written and spoken English skills.
