Day Shift Supervisor LEOP (m/w/d) (Industriemeister/in - Chemie)
We are looking for you For our plant at the Landau in der Pfalz location, we are looking for you in full-time (40h) and permanent, as a Day Shift Supervisor (m/w/d).
What to expect from us
- You coordinate and prioritize all daily operational processes to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
- You lead and support the shift leaders in daily business and act as the central contact person for operational issues and escalations.
- You coordinate the cooperation between production, maintenance, laboratory, and process engineering to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- You manage the Permit-to-Work process as well as plant clearances and ensure operational readiness for maintenance and project work.
- You monitor plant performance, analyze operational deviations, and support troubleshooting as well as the implementation of corrective measures.
- You ensure compliance with operating instructions, shift handovers, and plant documentation.
What you should bring
- You have a completed degree (Bachelor) or technical training as a Meister or Fachwirt, ideally in the field of chemistry, process engineering, or a comparable specialization.
- You bring 5 to 8 years of professional experience in the operation of production or process plants, preferably in the chemical industry.
- You possess sound knowledge in the areas of process safety, Permit-to-Work management, as well as production and maintenance coordination.
- You have experience in fault analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis, as well as in the implementation of sustainable improvement measures.
- You have good knowledge in handling technical documentation and process control systems, as well as English skills at least at B2 level.
- You are characterized by an analytical and solution-oriented way of working and enjoy working in an international and diverse team.
