Recruiter jr - full time

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the talent team in candidate attraction and selection. This position is ideal for those taking their first steps in the Recruitment area and wishing to learn selection processes, interviews, and vacancy coordination in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Post vacancies on different job platforms.
• Perform initial screening of CVs and profiles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.
• Keep the candidate database updated.
• Support communication with applicants during the selection process.
• Collaborate with the team on administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Requirements and Skills

• Ongoing or completed studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
• Interest in developing within the Talent Acquisition area.
• Good management of digital tools and job platforms.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Organization, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
• Advanced English.
