Food & Pharma Systems Support Technician

VoulTherm, official representative of Testo, is seeking a partner for technical support, study, and parameterization of digital solutions in the Food & Pharma sector. The position focuses on Testo Saveris Restaurant systems, Testo Saveris Pharma systems, and measurement and monitoring data loggers, while simultaneously supporting the Service Technical Department where required.

Main Responsibilities

• Technical customer support for testo Saveris Restaurant solutions, testo Saveris Pharma solutions, and data logging systems.
• Recording technical requirements and conducting studies for the appropriate configuration of each system.
• Parameterization and programming of the Digital Manual, procedures, checklists, and related applications.
• Remote and, where required, on-site technical user support.
• Participation in the installation, commissioning, testing, and delivery of systems.
• Training of customers and users for the correct and effective utilization of the solutions.
• Collaboration with the commercial department for technical clarifications, equipment selection, and documentation of offers.
• Support of the Service department in technical tasks, inspections, and troubleshooting, depending on needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in a technical field, such as Engineering, Technologist, Automation, Informatics, or a related specialty.
• Good knowledge of computers, software applications, and basic networking principles.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into a practical solution.
• Organizational skills, consistency, and a customer-centric approach.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to travel for installations or technical support, when required.

Will be appreciated additionally:

• Experience in technical support, Service, installations, or commissioning.
• Knowledge of IT, IoT, automation, or cloud applications.
• Experience in the Food, Pharma, Retail, Catering, or Logistics industries.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, GDP, or environmental condition monitoring systems.
