About the role
VONQ is looking for a Technology Partnership Manager to drive the adoption of its HAPI products and AI capabilities within existing partner networks. Based in Rotterdam with a hybrid work model, this role focuses on building strong partner relationships and influencing product roadmaps for deeper integration.
What you will do
- Increase adoption of HAPI products within existing partners
- Champion rollout of AI screening and EQO capabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with partner stakeholders
- Influence partner product roadmaps for deeper integration
- Collaborate with internal teams for partner success
- Meet with end-customers to gather feedback
What you bring
- 3+ years partner or channel experience with embedded/API integrations
- Deep experience with APIs, XML feeds, embedded software, or white-label integrations
- Fluency in English
- Genuine interest in AI and its application in hiring
- Proven ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders
- Commercial mindset, comfortable owning a number
Nice to have
- German or French language skills
- Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses
