Responsibilities and assignments
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct selection processes from start to finish for different business areas, focusing on diverse vacancies, including senior level for operations (sales, marketing, finance, human resources, engineering, manufacturing, technology, etc);
- Perform alignment and maintain communication with managers and HRBPs throughout the entire selection process;
- Post job openings;
- Actively search for candidates (hunting) whenever necessary;
- Conduct the first interview with candidates to verify profile adherence and cultural fit;
- Send and analyze behavioral and technical tests;
- Prepare shortlists and present them to managers;
- Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and managers;
- Prepare the Offer Letter and negotiate conditions with the approved candidate;
- Guide the candidate regarding the onboarding stages;
- Ensure feedback and provide a positive experience to candidates;
- Ensure transparent and bias-free processes, so as to foster diversity and inclusion in the company;
- Guide managers regarding the importance of building teams with diverse profiles;
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement, reinforce the employer brand concept, and support the talent attraction and retention strategy;
- Support the recruitment team in its demands, clarifying doubts and guiding other members;
- Conduct and organize selection processes focused on Young Apprentice, Internship, and Trainee Programs;
- Periodically monitor the performance and onboarding of new employees;
- Establish indicators and ensure SLAs.
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related areas.
- Experience with recruitment and selection tools, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with attraction and selection metrics and knowledge of how to generate insights and strategies from data analysis.
- Ability to build relationships with all hierarchical levels.
- Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Hands-on profile.
- Intermediate English and advanced Spanish.
Desirable:
- Experience in generalist recruitment and selection.
- Experience as a Tech Recruiter.
Additional information
Conditions: CLT hiring, in a hybrid model, with necessary presence in our office in the Jabaquara neighborhood, São Paulo/SP, 3 times per week.
