Sr Quality Assurance Analyst

Senior professional responsible for the strategic management of Quality Planning in product development projects, acting as the focal point in the interface between Brazil, China, and multifunctional areas. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Volkswagen Quality requirements throughout the project cycle, guaranteeing performance, deadline compliance, and budget adherence through structured governance and proactive risk prevention. Acts directly in the main project decision forums, leading the definition of requirements (Lastenheft), the planning of Quality activities (Q-PEP), and integration with Engineering, Production, and suppliers, including coordination with the focal point in China. Responsible for ensuring the execution of product validation tests, monitoring Quality indicators, and conducting corrective and preventive actions, ensuring continuous improvement and product robustness.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Manage/approve modifications in specific parts (AEKO approver, PM, deviations, and final product release for production), focusing on the execution and monitoring of quality tests.
• Act in the validation of components and vehicles, conducting internal and external tests to ensure compliance with technical and performance standards. Work in partnership with engineering areas and suppliers, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor revisions of the Quality activities execution schedule during the project - Q-PEP.
• Represent Quality in project and Engineering meetings.
• Participate in design, material, and dimensional definitions of components.
• Perform integration between functional systems and critical analysis and part level.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Engineering, Quality, Production, or related areas.
• Advanced English.
• Mastery of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.).
• Consolidated experience in the Quality area, with direct action alongside international suppliers.
