After-Sales Process Analyst (BackOffice)

Responsibilities and assignments

Main responsibilities:

• Produce materials/presentations in Excel/PowerPoint;
• Typing and Cancellation of Orders;
• Agreements and simulations of DNs;
• Reading, interpretation of Database, Analysis and studies for team direction;
• Plan strategic actions together with the team;
• Cancellation, Appointment, Corporate change of DNs. Updating PAC, Position, PAC Sheets, Satellites and ConAg Campo;
• Collection, consolidation, monitoring of the typing of intentions;
• Survey, data analysis and preparation of reports based on the ET2000, ASAS, Autoservice, Salesforce and other systems (daily);
• In-person visits to the dealership network;

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements:

• Completed higher education degree or currently studying;
• Mandatory advanced mastery of the Office package, especially Excel and Power Point;
• Knowledge of Power Bi is desirable;
• Ability to solve problems, negotiate and communicate clearly;
• Ability for self-management, planning and execution of the task roadmap, based on the objectives to be achieved;
• Intermediate/advanced English;
• Active CNH B.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of vehicle dealership routines.

Additional information

Conditions:

• Hybrid work model, with presence required at our office in the Jabaquara neighborhood, São Paulo/SP, 3 times per week and meetings in São Bernardo do Campo/SP.
