LEGAL INTERN - January 2027 (M/F)

*Six-month internship starting from July 2026*

Reporting to the Head of the Legal Department, within a team of approximately 5 people, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting operational teams on daily legal issues;
• Conducting ad hoc legal research for lawyers on various topics, mainly concerning banking law, commercial law, consumer law, and security interest law;
• Participating in the drafting and analysis of contracts (purchasing, partnerships, intra-group, financing, factoring...);
• Assisting lawyers in the corporate life of the company (approval of accounts...);
• Reviewing advertising or commercial documents intended for customers with regard to consumer law;
• Litigation: assisting lawyers in their work, organizing litigation files, and updating tracking tables;
• Ensuring legal monitoring in business law.

THIS Profile we are looking for:

• Law student (PPI highly appreciated) or Master 2 student: Law, Finance, Audit, Risk, or Compliance.
• Strong interest in compliance, internal control, business criminal law, and regulatory risk management.
• Comfortable with oral communication, capable of expressing oneself clearly and defending analyses before different interlocutors.
• Initiative and proactivity: ability to propose solutions, autonomy in performing missions.
• Good analytical capacity, critical thinking, and rigor.
• Writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Proficiency in Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good level of English.
