As part of a new position creation, our DSI is recruiting an IT Monitoring Manager M/F.

Reporting to the IT Operations department, you will be in charge of the following missions:

I. You will implement IT monitoring

  • You will steer monitoring operations and implement them
  • You will define the relevant monitoring elements for the various components of the information system: applications, infrastructure, network, batchs, flows, API, schedulers…
  • You will define the relevant monitoring elements with respect to the services of business users and customers
  • You will participate in project and change reviews to allow for the integration of component and service monitoring
  • You will define and evolve the KPIs related to IT monitoring
  • You will communicate on the availability of components

II. You will manage incidents

  • You will manage major incidents (Priority 1 and 2) and high-impact incidents
  • You will participate in the resolution of major incidents with Headquarters
  • You will manage payment and security incidents within the framework of DORA regulation
  • You will participate in incident management to reduce impacts, as well as in problem management to reduce recurrence

III. You will industrialize operations

  • You will participate in the industrialization of monitoring operations as well as the industrialization of reporting within the framework of monitoring
  • You will define improvement areas to allow for the integration of monitoring into the service catalog

Profile sought You have a background in information systems, minimum Bac +4/5 level You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT monitoring steering within complex structures / steering 24/7 operations teams / incident management / reporting and institutional communication.
