At VOLKSWAGEN FINANCIAL SERVICES, we design the financing solutions that allow individuals and businesses to access vehicles from Volkswagen Group France and Ducati. In a context where usages are evolving (used vehicles, new tax regulations, new customer expectations), we are looking for a Product Manager M/F capable of structuring, explaining, and promoting our financing solutions.
Your role: to become the key interlocutor on automotive financing topics, both for internal teams and for the network.

You will develop concrete expertise in credit and leasing mechanisms applied to the automotive sector. Make taxation understandable and useful: automotive taxation can be complex, your role will also be to translate these rules into clear and actionable information for sales teams and distributors.
Your missions Financing Referent Ensure the management and evolution of all financing products intended for individuals and professionals
Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
Become the main interlocutor on financing solutions for internal teams
Support sales teams in understanding and using the offers
Pedagogy and tax simplification Analyze tax developments impacting automotive financing solutions
Evaluate their consequences on products, customer journeys, and our information systems
Translate these elements into clear and accessible materials for sales teams
Contribute to the dissemination of tax knowledge within the organization
Monitor performance and profitability Analyze the commercial and financial performance of products
Monitor profitability indicators and recommend necessary optimization actions
Contribute to the definition of pricing orientations and financial conditions
The profile we are looking for You have: a Master's degree level education (business school, finance, or management)
a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within a captive or a financial institution
an interest in financial and regulatory topics, knowledge of automotive taxation is desired
the ability to explain complex subjects simply
a command of fluent English
