You will be in charge of the following missions: MISSION 1: ENSURE ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING – GERMAN GAAP, IFRS AND FRENCH GAAP STANDARDS Maintenance of day-to-day accounting. Posting entries related to monthly accounting closings

Establish accounting consolidation with the parent company: produce monthly financial reporting

Analyze variations in accounts, explain variations and handle detected errors

Handle questions from the parent company

Optimize and control the various closing steps in the sub-ledger and general ledger systems and correct anomalies

Reconciliation of subledgers in General Accounting

Calculate deferred taxes for IFRS and German GAAP accounting

Review and analyze trial balance balances monthly

Reliability of procedures

Ensure first-level control on reports produced by the team

Participate in audits (internal, Statutory Auditors)

Special activities: IFRS 9 provision portfolio framework

Accounting / Finevare reconciliation

MISSION 2: MANAGE TAX DECLARATIONS FOR THE DIFFERENT COMPANIES Ensure the preparation and payment of various declarations / taxes / duties including: Preparation of tax declarations (CET, social solidarity contribution - ORGANIC, TVS, corporate tax, VAT, payroll taxes)

Participation in the preparation of the tax return, DADS2 and the I.F.U

MISSION 3: PROJECT MANAGEMENT Participate in projects and measure the impacts on processes and accounting and tax activity

Profile sought: Mastery of general accounting according to international, German and French accounting standards (IFRS, French and German GAAP), as well as a good mastery of taxation subjects and a good level of English. Key skills: Sense of control
