As part of a replacement, we are looking for an IT Project Manager M/F to join our DSI.

Your missions will be as follows:

Mission 1: CARRYING OUT THE PRE-PROJECT (scoping, requirement qualification, decision support)

  • You will initiate the project (scope/planning/tasks/deliverables/methods/risks), to satisfy requirements from the start of its realization
  • You will organize the pre-project, the scoping, the qualification of the need, supervise the progress, coordinate and lead all stakeholders
  • You will identify, analyze and measure the impacts and risks of the project
  • You will propose, if necessary, possible scenarios (solutions, macro-estimates, schedules) in support of decision-making
  • You will prepare IT documents, internal validations from stakeholders
  • You will prepare summary documents, organize and lead steering committees and present them to the project prioritization committee for Go / No Go decisions

Mission 2: PROJECT PLANNING (structuring, organization and projection of realization)

  • You will determine the human needs necessary for achieving the objectives (team, expected workload, skills)
  • You will implement the project organization and its operating rules (methods, steering tools, indicators...) in coherence with the company's processes and tools
  • You will estimate and forecast the workloads, needs and costs associated with the implementation of the project
  • You will plan the project phases according to its life cycle and ensure the update of the planning

Mission 3: PROJECT STEERING AND MONITORING (cost, deadline, quality)

  • You will organize the project launch in agreement with department heads and monitoring bodies
  • You will supervise the progress of the project with the business project manager and will be responsible daily for its progress
  • You will organize, coordinate and lead the entire project team, the project resources within the budget
  • You will coordinate, synthesize and ensure the quality and compliance of the decisions made
  • You will manage relations with service providers until final validation of the project
  • You will arbitrate decisions within the project team and ensure communication with the technical management (maitrise d’œuvre)
  • You will guarantee compliance with the specifications (deadlines, costs, quality)
  • You will propose, during the project, to the business or project owner (maitre d’ouvrage), possible modifications to objectives (quality, cost, deadline) related to realization constraints and/or changes in the environment
  • You will be responsible for compliance with Quality methods and the drafting of associated project documentation
  • You will deliver the documentation and pass the project Quality Gates according to the methodology
  • You will organize, with the test manager and the business project manager, the IT testing phases and the UAT
  • You will identify and manage interdependencies between projects, changes and defects

Mission 4: PRODUCTION DEPLOYMENT > STABILIZATION > PROJECT CLOSURE

  • You will prepare the production deployment documents, ensure the validation of deliverables
  • You will prepare the cut-over plan with the help of the Cut-over manager, especially for high-risk projects
  • You will coordinate the deployment of the new application and/or new service
  • You will organize the skills transfers for the operational readiness of the application, user support, and, if necessary, participate in user training
  • You will guarantee stabilization and post-production improvements
  • You will write the project report, conduct project lessons learned with other teams

Mission 5: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP

  • You will organize and lead project committees, steering, or project meetings
  • You will ensure reporting and communication with all stakeholders
  • You will maintain a relationship of trust between the project owner (MOA) and the Project teams
  • You will support and advise the MOA (functional monitoring, evolution/use of tools)

Profile sought: You have completed higher education in IT (Master's level/bac+5)

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project/program management and continuous improvement in the area of responsibility

You are comfortable in managing/leading large-scale IT projects (software integration/development), planning and coordination of missions/tasks, and continuous improvement
