Volkswagen Financial Services is looking for its future apprentice Project Management Officer Junior M/F, to join the Sales & CRM department, starting from September 2026.

You will be in charge of the following missions:

1- PMO:

Support for project committees: preparation of materials for project committees (presentations, summaries, reports), in order to facilitate monitoring and communication with stakeholders

• Participate in project committees

• Monitor the quality of information in the Portfolio management tool

• Monitor activity steering indicators – Implementation of new indicators

• Update, distribute, and monitor satisfaction forms for business teams

• Write communication materials regarding the department's activity

• Write calls for tenders and follow the selection presentations of service providers

2- Scrum Master:

• Assist the Product Owner in facilitating agile ceremonies

• Write tickets for requirement definitions or fixes

• Ensure the completeness and quality of project documents

• Participate in updating existing documents to guarantee their compliance and relevance.

• Assist the Product Owner in monitoring developers in Outsourcing mode and ensure the quality of technical deliveries (code comments...)

• Participate in testing phases

• Help prepare CABs: gather necessary information, contribute to drafting documents, ensure follow-up of actions and deadlines

3- Business Analyst:

• Support the documentation of OTB (Optimise the Bank) projects: (writing functional specifications/writing test plans)

• Participate in integration testing and UAT phases

• Migration of test plans from HP ALM to JIRA XRay.

• Participate in pre-studies (study of complete definition of needs and necessary resources before project launch)

Profile:

We are looking for a student M/F in BAC +4 / BAC+5, in Project Management, IT, or a related field, proficient in English. We wish to grow with a student M/F possessing these soft skills:
