Responsibilities and duties Execute activities of a technical nature, following processes and maintaining controls in your area of operation; Issue opinions within the established standards and technologies used; Promote occupational safety through the deployment of corporate guidelines and occupational health and safety standards, the adoption of actions to mitigate the risk of occupational accidents and diseases, as well as protecting the integrity and working capacity of people; Perform audits and investigations, monitoring and evaluation in the area in order to identify control variables for diseases and accidents, as well as analyzing and recommending measures that reduce / eliminate the risks of occupational accidents for employees and third parties; Follow and disseminate the occupational health and safety policy, creating and executing prevention programs that inform people about occupational risks and encourage the use of individual and collective protection equipment, as well as the culture of safe behavior; Monitor expert examinations and inspections, prepare documentation, and support the Occupational Safety Engineer in maintaining legal programs, PGR, LTCAT, PPR, PCA, PPP, and others, as well as controlling and ensuring the integrity of the area's documentation; Support the investigation processes of incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases, identifying their root cause / deviations, and proposing actions to block and/or neutralize their effects, as well as preventing them from repeating; Provide training, conduct meetings, committees, and working groups on the subject, contributing to the dissemination of the occupational health and safety policy and encouragement of the safe behavior culture; Interface with leadership to ensure compliance with legislation and VW internal standards; Technically guide the Internal Accident Prevention Commission (CIPA); Develop activities in your routine that promote management, meeting indicators, and the company's global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, ensuring the connection between your actions and sustainable development in the VW chain.

Requirements and qualifications Education in Occupational Safety Technician. Active registration in the professional council; Knowledge of legislation regarding occupational safety; Knowledge of technical reports in the occupational safety area (insalubridade, PGR, LTCAT, PPR, PCA, PPP); Advanced knowledge of the office package (word, excel, power point, PowerBI and outlook); Mandatory (certificate of) ISO 45.001 internal auditor; Mandatory complementary course in the following NR's: 10, 11, 20, 33 and 35; Intermediate English; Mandatory active CNH B; Availability to work in shifts and on weekends.
