Financial Analyst - Controllership

The Analyst must have a solid background in Controllership with proactive behavior aiming to understand area demands and find the best solutions; Experience in Finance in evaluating Business Cases to support areas in cost optimization; Skill and diplomacy in interdepartmental relations, interacting efficiently not only with the Finance area but also with all other areas, regardless of hierarchical levels, with the ability to transfer knowledge, influencing teamwork in the search for alternatives for decision-making.

Responsibilities and duties Perform the monthly closing routines of the Controllership; Prepare and monitor Financial Planning; Prepare management reports; Prepare Business Cases and Studies for decision-making; Automate processes in the Finance area; Provide support to production and administrative areas; Execute other activities and routines pertinent to the Finance area.

Requirements and qualifications Completed Higher Education in Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field to Finance; Knowledge of Financial Mathematics; Knowledge of SAP; Advanced Knowledge of Office Package; Advanced Knowledge of Excel; Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI; Intermediate/advanced English.
