Act as a strategic HR Business Partner alongside the board and senior leadership, aligning the people agenda with business priorities. Responsibilities and assignments

- Leadership development: Identify needs and support the implementation of development actions for leadership, aligned with business challenges;
- Climate and engagement: Analyze climate/engagement survey results and support areas in building and executing action plans;
- Consultancy for leadership: Act as the HR focal point for leadership, supporting people management, decision-making, and critical issues;
- Strategic projects: Participate in and/or lead transversal projects, focusing on standardization, efficiency gains, and integration between areas and plants;
- Data analysis: Use HR indicators to support diagnostics and guide decisions with leadership, in addition to encouraging and applying improvements in people management practices, using technology and new approaches.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields;
- Intermediate English; Advanced will be a differentiator;
- Experience as a Business Partner in an industrial environment (with a good foundation in HR practices and labor legislation);
- Practical experience in: succession planning (key positions), organizational design (structure, roles, and spans & layers), leadership development, climate/engagement analysis, and management of action plans;
- Acting with autonomy, with the ability to influence decisions with leadership;
- Good organization and prioritization skills, dealing with multiple demands;
- Clear and objective communication, with influence at managerial and executive levels;
- Analytical profile, with the ability to transform data into practical actions;
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable posture;
- Good ability in scenario reading;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
