R&D and Product Quality Project Manager (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your daily life with us: We are looking for an R&D and Product Quality Project Manager to replace a departing employee. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will join a team of 5 people. Your objective is to ensure product development through countertyping and the creation and/or modification of product references, including the drafting of supplier specifications and customer technical data sheets. Your missions will be as follows: R&D - Product Countertyping

• Perform product countertyping according to defined objectives
• Adjust formulations according to specifications
• Request and analyze supplier samples
• Validate the compliance of developed products against defined requirements (organoleptic, technical, regulatory)
• Interpret analysis results necessary for product validation
• Present products and write tasting reports
• Ensure the follow-up of countertyped product developments (development sheets, product tracking)

Quality

• Transpose project requirements into technical specifications for the supplier
• Ensure the consistency and updating of information associated with products
• Draft supplier technical data sheets
• Draft customer technical data sheets (FT) and R&D sheets
• Verify the compliance of supplier technical documents
• Update technical documents and the quality system according to product evolutions
• Collect necessary technical data from suppliers (raw materials, packaging, technical documents...)
• Participate in the launch of product creations or modifications

Our offer: In practice:

• This position is available immediately, on a CDI (permanent contract)
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 39h (including 4 paid overtime hours) - The indicated remuneration range includes overtime.
• Convention Collective du Commerce de Gros
• Technician status

Remuneration & benefits:

• Salary according to profile: €2500 to €2700 / month for 39 hours

PROFILE SOUGHT:

Let's talk about you: Holding at least a BAC+2 in the agri-food industry, food technology, or quality with an agri-food specialty, you master the technical and regulatory basics related to the agri-food industry, notably processes, HACCP, microbiology, and physico-chemistry.
