What awaits you:

• As a Senior Expert Analyst (m/w/d), you are responsible for the independent end-to-end implementation of complex analysis requests and analysis projects to optimize Corporate Performance.
• You understand and analyze the underlying business question, select the best solution path, actively prepare the results, and communicate the insights gained.
• You continuously check whether the chosen solution approach can answer the question and, if necessary, make proactive adjustments to the solution path; as well as extensive Quality Assurance of the data and methodology, including checking the economic impact.
• You make decisions through economic calculations and ad-hoc analyses.
• You perform exploratory data analyses and thereby influence DWH structures and reports.
• You present complex technical and specialist contexts in an understandable way for requesters (storytelling).
• You work in an international team of analysts and business partners.

What distinguishes you:

• University or university of applied sciences degree.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a data analyst or in a comparable role.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and in the DWH environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a pronounced understanding of business processes.
• Extensive experience in Requirement Engineering.
• Teamwork skills and the willingness to share your knowledge so that we can learn from each other together.
• Embody customer orientation and promote innovation and willingness to take risks.
• Know the market environment.
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing (C1 according to GER).

This position can be held full-time or near full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).
