• As a Project Manager Telecommunications Network Expansion - Specialist, you will ensure the successful implementation of network expansion projects with a focus on transmission technology in the fixed network of Vodafone Deutschland.
• You will examine existing processes for potential improvements and actively participate in their optimization.
• You will implement processes for the introduction of new technologies and projects.
• You will manage cross-departmental projects and programs of high strategic relevance and take responsibility for their successful implementation.
• You will develop special solutions for project-specific measures.
• You will identify risks, conflicts of interest, and escalation topics at an early stage and derive effective measures for sustainable goal achievement.
• You will manage all involved internal and external partners in a targeted manner and ensure the successful implementation of the defined project goals.
• You will develop methods and procedures.

What distinguishes you:

• Completed university education or a comparable qualification.
• Comprehensive knowledge in the field of telecommunications technology as well as in the assembly and disassembly of TK systems and TK infrastructures.
• Analytical way of thinking and working.
• In-depth project management competence as well as experience in applying established project management methods.
• Ideally, you have basic knowledge of optical transmission and access networks, for example in the areas of DWDM & GPON.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working completes your profile.
• Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making competence.
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing (B2 according to GER).

This position can be performed full-time or near full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
