What to expect:

• As a Project Manager Network Expansion Telecommunications - Expert, you are responsible for the successful implementation of complex new construction, reconstruction, and transformation projects in fixed networks for Vodafone Deutschland and ensure the achievement of goals regarding quality, time, and budget.
• You independently create and maintain project workflows and schedules as well as efficient resource planning.
• You ensure the demand-oriented procurement of system technology and construction services.
• You are responsible for the timely and quality-compliant monitoring as well as acceptance of construction and integration services until handover to network operations.
• You adhere to the project- or technology-specific rollout budget, taking into account economic, technical, and legal framework conditions.
• You develop meaningful reportings and forecasts to manage the project portfolio, analyze deviations and risks, and derive effective measures for sustainable goal achievement.
• You manage suppliers as well as relevant internal and external interfaces along the entire process chain and ensure that orders are awarded and implemented according to demand and in accordance with the defined quantity, schedule, quality, and budget targets.

What distinguishes you:

• Completed university education or a comparable qualification.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the telecommunications environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge in the field of telecommunications technology as well as in the construction and reconstruction of TK systems and TK infrastructures.
• Very good knowledge of the processes and workflows in the field of network expansion as well as in adjacent specialist areas with a focus on transmission technology.
• In-depth project management competence as well as experience in applying established project management methods.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of transmission and access networks, for example in the areas of DWDM, HFC, or GPON.
• High flexibility and resilience.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of assertiveness round off your profile.
• Driving license class B.
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing (B2 according to GER).

This position can be held full-time or near full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).
