What awaits you:
- As Expert Strategic Partner Analytics (m/f/d), you will ensure fixed-network and/or mobile network expansion for Vodafone Deutschland.
- You are responsible for the data-driven management and further development of our strategic civil engineering and infrastructure partners and create transparency regarding performance, capacities, and business developments.
- You develop KPI and control models to evaluate partner performance and derive concrete recommendations for action for the partner portfolio.
- You analyze market, performance, and company data, identify optimization potential, and support the strategic direction of partner management.
- You are responsible for the conception, development, and automation of reports, dashboards, and analyses to manage network expansion.
- You further develop data models and performance indicators, ensure their quality, and establish uniform reporting standards.
- You perform ad-hoc analyses as well as management evaluations and prepare complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner for executives and stakeholders.
- You work closely with Finance, Purchasing, IT, and the operative partner management teams and support data-based decision-making processes.
- You drive the digitalization and automation of control and reporting processes and use modern analytics and BI solutions to increase efficiency.
- You support the further development of partner control models, contract and compensation mechanisms, as well as strategic initiatives in the partner environment.
What distinguishes you:
- Completed university degree, ideally in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of Business Analytics, Reporting, Controlling, Corporate Management, or Partner Management.
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to translate complex data into concrete recommendations for action.
- Very good knowledge in the processing, analysis, and visualization of large amounts of data as well as in handling BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience in the conception and implementation of KPI frameworks and data-driven control models.
- High affinity for the automation and digitalization of business processes.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and relevant expansion processes is an advantage.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
- Very good English skills in speaking and writing (C1 according to GER).
This position can be performed full-time or near full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).
