The Consumer Product Management Home Connectivity & Entertainment (CP) division is responsible for the product development of all broadband & TV portfolios, infrastructure, and device developments marketed by Vodafone Deutschland.

What awaits you:

• As Head of Department (m/f/d), you are responsible for the development of the Vodafone Consumer Portfolio for fixed-line, fixed-line replacement, and entertainment products across all infrastructures (Cable, DSL, Fiber, Fixed Mobile Substitution).
• You are a direct sparring partner and specialist contact person for the division management.
• You define the department strategy, priorities, and a corresponding roadmap.
• You bear responsibility for the Consumer Home Connectivity & Entertainment CAPEX planning for all portfolio developments and lifecycle management measures for the department.
• You bear responsibility for the successive target optimization across the dimensions of Time to Market, CAPEX/OPEX expenditure, and customer satisfaction.
• You lead the CPP leadership team consisting of group leaders with the goal of achieving the targets agreed upon within the framework of the CBU for Consumer Home Connectivity & Entertainment.

What distinguishes you:

• An excellent university degree, combined with at least 5 years of professional and leadership experience in the telecommunications or a comparable industry.
• Excellent product and project management know-how as well as extensive experience in strategic and operational concept development.
• Excellent knowledge of the national and international broadband market for fixed-line (Cable, xDSL, Fiber), TV, and mobile-based fixed-line replacement products (4G/5G).
• Sound disciplinary leadership experience.
• Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills as well as strategic entrepreneurial thinking.
• Business fluent English in speaking and writing (C1 according to GER).

This position can be held full-time or near full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).

We are filling this position at the Düsseldorf location for Vodafone GmbH. Employees in Düsseldorf and Unterföhring will be managed.
