(Junior) CRM Product Manager (m/f/d)

The VNR Group is a family-founded media company that develops and distributes over 500 products for various target groups. We support both private customers in the areas of finance, health, and nutrition, as well as companies in topics such as occupational safety, sustainability, and personnel. Your team consists of 9 dedicated employees who work together to strengthen customer relationships, improve sales processes, and implement innovative solutions in our CRM-System. As a CRM Manager, you play a central role in supporting the team, further developing our tools, and measurably increasing sales success.

What awaits you:

• You support three Direct Sales teams (two in Germany, one in UK) in their daily work with our CRM-System and ensure that everyone can work with it efficiently.
• You further develop our sales app within the CRM-System – based on the requirements of internal teams and external partners.
• You work on strategically and technically expanding our CRM-System as a standalone product.
• You measurably improve results in Direct Sales by integrating new functions – especially AI-supported features – into the sales app.

What you bring to the table:

• You bring at least two years of practical experience in the field of CRM and/or Direct Sales and know what sales teams need to be successful.
• You have completed a degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik or a comparable qualification and have a good technical understanding of CRM-Systeme.
• You speak and write English confidently to communicate easily with international teams.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with AI tools in sales and can integrate them profitably into processes.
