Our long-standing business partner is a leading company in plant engineering, and we are looking for you to support them as an experienced Resource Scheduler (m/f/d) for the following tasks:

Your tasks:

  • Creation of Level 4/5 schedules in coordination with managers and taking into account the budget and schedule requirements of work packages from the projects
  • Creation of resource / role concepts in MS Project and maintenance of resource calendars
  • Harmonization of resource workloads, taking into account project priorities in coordination with managers
  • Analysis of the schedule (Planned / Actual – comparison of dates and working hours)
  • Support / training of managers in the use of MS Project Professional (focus on resource planning)
  • Qualitative checking of schedules (dependencies, constraints, granularity, etc.)

What you bring with you:

  • completed degree
  • initial professional experience in scheduling
  • knowledge of planning methodology
  • very good knowledge of MS Project
  • goal-oriented, strong communication skills
  • English B1
