Your tasks – this is where you get involved!
- You contribute to consolidating a sustainable HSE culture in all contractor activities and promote safe behavior as well as continuous development
- You are responsible for HSE governance for contractors and ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards, and risk management requirements
- You work closely with Procurement, SQD, CPX, Service Operations, and the HSE teams to anchor HSE requirements throughout the entire contractor lifecycle
- You act as a central coordination point for the HSE performance of contractors and ensure close coordination between all relevant stakeholders
- You analyze audit results, field observations, and performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and potential for improvement
- You derive concrete action plans from findings and ensure clear responsibilities, consistent implementation, and measurable results
- You monitor contractor performance and accompany the implementation of corrective actions to improve compliance and operational performance
- You promote cross-departmental collaboration and the exchange of best practices to continuously develop contractor safety and organizational resilience
Your profile – this is how you convince us!
- You have completed a degree or training in the field of health, occupational safety, HSE, or a technical field (e.g., electrical engineering or mechanical engineering)
- You bring several years of HSE experience from an industrial environment and are familiar with the requirements of the wind energy industry or are willing to undergo thorough training
- You have sound knowledge of international standards (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) as well as experience with risk analyses, hazard assessments, and relevant EU HSE regulations
- You have experience in contractor and subcontractor management and ideally in contract management
- You understand commercial contexts, can analyze key figures, recognize trends, and develop data-based solutions
- You communicate clearly and appropriately to the target audience at all levels, convey complex content understandably, and convince with your negotiation skills
- You build networks purposefully, work constructively in international teams, and bring intercultural understanding
- You convince through initiative, solution orientation, and open, clear communication, and you address important topics early, even in demanding situations
- Very good English skills round off your profile; German skills are a plus
