Lean Manager (m/w/d)

Contents & Tasks

• Identification of improvement potential and optimization of plant processes and workflows through Lean Management methods
• Independent management of strategic investment and optimization projects
• Support of specialist departments in continuous improvement processes
• Development and monitoring of measures for efficiency, quality, and cost improvement
• Key performance indicator-based success control of implemented LEAN measures
• Training and coaching of employees and managers in LEAN principles

Requirements

• Successful university degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree
• Professional experience in the field of Lean Management
• Strong analytical-conceptual skills paired with the necessary pragmatism
• Strong "hands-on" mentality and high goal orientation
• Winning appearance, very good communication skills, and good English skills
