We are looking for an SAP ERP Manager to lead strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and functional consulting teams, ensuring that SAP platforms contribute directly to value generation, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation for Vivo. The professional will be responsible for conducting high-complexity programs, connecting technology and business, supporting the evolution of corporate processes, and accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions that support the sustainable growth of the company.

Responsibilities and duties

• Leadership of the development team
• Monitor and design key performance indicators
• Develop application solutions and system implementation
• Seek out innovations and act strongly in the pursuit of Zero Valor
• Assist in the evolution of other team members and in team training
• Assist other areas in the definition/revision of products in the development cycle
• Build and sustain the team's Performance and Quality Indicators for Management

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Exact Sciences, preferably in Systems Engineering, Computer Science
• Experience in Project Management
• Functional mastery in SAP solutions/modules: MM, SD
• SAP-BTP Solution
• Vendor Management; PMO
• Advanced English
