HR Consultant

For our HR department, we are looking for an: HR Consultant

Do you want to make a difference as an HR Consultant in a talent-oriented organization? Do you sense like no other what is important for the organization, with an eye for the person? Then we are looking for you!

Together with two fellow HR Consultants, you are responsible for streamlining and organizing the HR policy within our organization. You are a trusted partner for both management and our employees and act as the first point of contact for organizational advice, personnel, and development issues. With your expertise, you ensure that employees can develop optimally and end up in the right place.

What will you do? You play an active role in organizational development at various levels and think along about growth, innovation, and efficiency;

You advise management with an eye for both the person and the organizational interest;

You support the attracting and selecting of the right talents;

You develop and implement HR strategies that contribute to a future-proof organization;

You lead or are involved in HR projects, such as the further development of talent management within the organization.

Who are you? You have at least a completed HBO education and experience in Human Resources;

You have knowledge of HR processes and relevant laws and regulations;

You are a team player with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills;

You have organizational sensitivity and recognize both visible and invisible dynamics within an organization;

You function well in a dynamic environment and switch quickly between various tasks;

You are decisive and maintain an overview in complex situations;

You can think creatively and flexibly and are solution-oriented;

You can express yourself excellently in English, both orally and in writing.
