• You are responsible for the group-wide operational planning processes and the timely and high-quality budget planning and forecasts, analyses, and reporting of the group companies and the supported local Tower Companies
• You coordinate with the country markets and group functions to meet the planning requirements
• You create management presentations and present the results, including reports for the Board and the shareholders with consolidated actual and planning information as well as variance commentary for the country markets and group companies
• You are also thematically responsible for the coordination, consolidation, analysis, commentary, and reporting of non-financial KPIs in the planning processes
• You are responsible for KPI definition and reporting (financial and non-financial)
• You are responsible for the methodology and reporting of the group-wide incentivization program
• You create sensitivities and undertake ad-hoc analyses

• University degree in the field of Controlling or Business Administration (with a focus on Controlling)
• 5-10 years of professional experience with sound knowledge in Controlling, including relevant experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas of planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as process management and performance management
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Very good understanding of business models and drivers in telecommunications
• Preferably experience in using SAP, Anaplan, and planning tools
• Fluent English skills (at least at C1 level)
