We are looking for experienced career consultants for fixed-term employment in a permanent position – with the perspective of further assignments or a transition into an indefinite role. If you are flexible, possess a strong digital affinity, and effectively use innovative digital tools in consulting, then you are just right for us.

You advise clients in all phases of professional change – from situational analysis and goal setting to market preparation and self-presentation, up to decision-making.

Either in the field of

• Individual Outplacement Professionals & Executives: Consulting experts/academics up to upper management in individual mandates, personally and virtually.

or

• Commercial Specialists & Managers (subsidized projects): Consulting primarily in transfer companies/agencies (TG/TA), from profiling to individual consulting and application training.
• Integration of digital von Rundstedt products into the consulting process.
• Application of labor market, employability, and trend knowledge (Future Skills, AI).
• Conducting (virtual) training on application-relevant topics.
• Support in the sales process (introductory meetings, information events).
• Documentation of consulting-relevant data and content.

Your Skillset

• Academic education as well as relevant professional experience in outplacement/career consulting, as well as experience with subsidized measures (TA/TG).
• Ideally with systemic coaching training or qualification in training or coaching.
• A well-equipped methodological toolkit, knowledge of various job profiles, Future Skills requirements, application processes, and labor market trends including relevant access channels (SocialMedia).
• Experience in the target-group-oriented execution of (virtual) workshops and training.
• Structured, independent way of working, empathy, appreciation combined with clear communication, service orientation.
• Proficient in the use of digital tools, AI, and virtual collaboration; confident handling of MS Office 365 / MS Dynamics.
• Willingness to travel, very good English skills.
