Special Subject Description

The project involves the implementation of an agent-based workflow for the generative system for solvent design (GSDS), based on our recently published study (https://doi.org/10.1021/acsnano.6c06255), as well as the use of large language models (LLM) for the design of electrolytes for rechargeable batteries.

Tasks

The position involves assisting the research in the aforementioned project. The tasks include literature studies, scientific programming, simulations, and analysis of results. It also includes communication of scientific results through reports and presentations. The results are expected to be summarized in scientific publications.

Qualification Requirements

For the employment, the following is required:

A Master's degree in computational science or theoretical chemistry.

The applicant shall have very good knowledge of scientific programming (Python or C++). The applicant shall have good knowledge of large language models (LLM). Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Great importance will also be placed on personal suitability. Consideration will be given to good collaborative skills, drive, and independence, as well as how the applicant, through their experience and competence, is assessed to complement and strengthen the research within the department/institution and contribute to its future development.
