PERFORMANCE OF TASKS AND DUTIES IN THE FIELD OF HEALTHCARE NURSING OF THE ALLERCOLOGICAL WORK OF DEPARTMENT 300

• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the healthcare nursing process for patients of category I and II of healthcare nursing demand, as well as planning and coordinating patient transfer or discharge
• Organizing, managing, and supervising healthcare nursing and care activities and participating in the treatment process within the healthcare team and competencies
• Participation in multidisciplinary teams
• Performing and participating in the performance of diagnostic therapeutic interventions and procedures
• Health education work with patients and their relatives
• Performing activities to ensure and continuously improve quality and safe patient treatment
• Handover of patients at all levels
• Performing procedures to prevent the spread of hospital infections
• Mentorship
• Other tasks within the scope of professional competencies
• Performing other work as ordered by a superior

REQUIREMENTS

• License for independent work in healthcare nursing activities for the profession of registered nurse
• Knowledge of at least one world language
• Communication skills – written and oral expression
• Accuracy and responsibility
• Psychophysical stability
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work and make decisions
• Empathy towards patients, their relatives, and companions
• Manual dexterity
