As an independent provider of youth welfare, UKSH operates a facility with currently 228 daycare places. The places are distributed across two adjacent buildings with a total of 16 groups (nursery groups, elementary groups, mixed-age groups). The buildings are located immediately on the campus. The facility is open from Monday to Friday from 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM, or until 9:00 PM upon prior registered need. Additionally, the KiTa is open on Saturdays and on certain public holidays from 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM. Further information about our daycare centers can be found at: .

What you bring with you:
- A completed training as a state-recognized Erzieher/Erzieherin with additional qualification (Fachwirt/Fachwirtin for management or daycare center management, educational sciences or social affairs), state-recognized Kindheitspädagogin/Kindheitspädagoge, state-recognized Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagoge or Sozialarbeiterin/Sozialarbeiter with Diplom/FH or B.A. or Diplom-Pädagogin/Pädagoge
- Professional experience in working in a daycare center as well as at least three years of management experience in a three- or higher-group daycare center
- Good English skills
- High professional and social competence, confident appearance, as well as goal-oriented leadership of employees
- Conceptual skills, empathy, and ability to cooperate, as well as initiative, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills round off your profile
