Your future in detail Our translationally researching working group deals with translational questions from infection research in an excellent scientific environment. Our focus is on investigating the immune response in immunocompromised patients. We deal with invasive infections caused by fungi and with respiratory viruses. Our goal is to create the basis for new diagnostic or therapeutic approaches. The laboratory is located in the TRIO building, which is immediately adjacent to the ZMMK. The laboratory areas will be shared with other members of the TRU-ID; furthermore, there are cooperations with other research laboratories on the campus.
