The Controlling and Finance division is looking for a
Clerk for Third-Party Funding Management (m/f/d)
to strengthen its team at the earliest possible date.
The area of responsibility includes the independent, administrative, and financial management of the third-party funding projects of the Medical Faculty of the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg.

Insight into your tasks:
- independent and self-responsible processing of funding applications of various funding formats
- service-oriented advice and administrative support for the recipients of funds
- financial management of projects according to the requirements of the funding providers and in compliance with state and tax laws
- independent preparation and accompaniment of internal and external project audits
- recording and maintaining third-party funding master data
- creating third-party funding statistics
- special tasks as instructed
Your profile:
- a successfully completed degree in economics (B. Sc.) or comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience
- ideally experience in the field of public administration
- excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- sound knowledge and practical experience with a business management system, ideally with the SAPS4/HANA modules CO, FI, SD, and HCM
- practical experience in the field of quality management
- relevant experience in electronic file management with a document management system
- advisory and social competence
- situation-appropriate communication style, very good oral and written expression skills, also in English
- a structured, independent, goal- and result-oriented way of working
- enjoyment of working in a team
- a high degree of flexibility, commitment, assertiveness, and motivation
