Project Manager / Site Manager (m/f/d) Retail Construction – Focus on Gas Stations & Convenience

• Leading and controlling the project process including the coordination of all project activities
• Independent management of holistic retail construction projects with a focus on gas stations
• Overall coordination of the construction site, including the independent creation of measurements and conducting initial and final construction inspections
• Coordination and co-design of constructive retail construction solutions
• Responsibility for project completion, budget and deadline compliance, and change management
• Review of technical elaborations
• Project documentation in all project phases
• Support in customer development
• Communication and coordination with the internal project team, customers, and suppliers

• Technical degree or technical training (Joiner, Wood Technician, or in the field of Metal)
• Industry knowledge in interior design / retail construction (advantageous), ideally with experience in the gas station environment
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, ERP systems e.g. AMS)
• 2D and 3D CAD skills (advantageous)
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills when dealing with customers and project partners
• Independent and structured way of working as well as high personal responsibility
• Willingness to travel (project-related / day-to-day)
