Technical overall responsibility Technical and disciplinary management of the Engineering department (Technical Office, Special Formwork Construction (Doka Fertigservice), Richtmeister) Employee leadership (approx. 25-30 employees), team and personnel development Allocation, control, and monitoring of technical quotation and order processing Analysis of project-specific customer problems and development of sales-oriented solutions Support of the Executive Board in all technical matters Actively operates the application and further development of all technical rules and processes Active support of sales towards customers Identification and development of innovation requirements for products and services Represents Doka technology internally and externally, combined with various speaker activities Responsible for the support of universities and training centers
As a civil engineer, you have already gained the necessary experience in construction practice and can demonstrate leadership experience The processing or management of complex projects is not new territory for you A high degree of initiative and commitment is required You are an extroverted personality; a confident appearance is indispensable for your work Social and leadership competence as well as a strong service orientation are required Quick comprehension of complex contexts You are characterized by decision-making and assertiveness as well as analytical thinking skills You have a strong understanding of business concerns (entrepreneur within the company) Above-average commitment, high resilience, independent and structured way of working, analytical thinking, high quality awareness, reliability regarding deadlines, and strong communication skills You are proficient in common MS-Office and CAD applications Good English and French skills
