- Verify compliance with all hygiene norms and rules contemplated in the respective procedures, as well as the application of cleaning, disinfection, and general sanitation activities.
- Conservation and storage of records that evidence the control of the production process, application of prerequisite programs, and HACCP plan.
- Provide support in the evaluation of raw material suppliers.
- Support in the sanitary registration process.
