Do you think in processes, maintain an overview even in complex production processes, and ensure that planning turns into reliable manufacturing?

Our customer is an internationally successful system supplier with over 2,500 employees. At six locations worldwide, they develop and produce sophisticated cable systems and assemblies for well-known industrial companies. To ensure that manufacturing functions smoothly, we are looking for a dedicated personality for work preparation and production control.

Your tasks:

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring of production orders
• Creation and maintenance of work plans, production documents, and production data
• Ensuring timely and efficient production processing
• Coordination of production planning with purchasing, logistics, production, and other interfaces
• Monitoring of capacities, material availability, and production progress
• Optimization of production processes and participation in continuous improvement processes
• Analysis of deviations and initiation of suitable measures
• Maintenance and further development of relevant master data and planning parameters in the ERP-System

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with a connection to production, work preparation, or production planning
• Experience in work preparation, production planning, or production control
• Good understanding of technical and organizational production contexts
• Confident handling of ERP-Systemen and MS Office
• Structured, careful, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, also in English, and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and strong organizational talent
